I and many others are grateful for Del. Dave LaRock’s conservative leadership for Loudoun County in the House of Delegates for 10 years, and even before that on issues like opposing the Chesapeake Bay ordinance and taxpayer funding of the Dulles Rail project. We want to honor him as he finishes his term of service to Loudoun.”
