The 10th Congressional District of Virginia stretches from McLean to the Northwestern Shenandoah Valley. It consists of the Counties of Loudoun, Clarke, and Frederick, the Cities of Winchester, Manassas and Manassas Park, and portions of Fairfax and Prince William Counties.
